Macromolecules like ribosomes (yellow), proteasomes (blue), TRiC chaperonins (purple) and poly-GA aggregate (red) are identified computationally and mapped back in their original locations and orientations. Specimen thinned in a cryo-FIB; a tomograph tilt series was acquired in a cryo-TEM.
