Why is MSA changing member platforms?
MSA is upgrading to a modern system that better supports members, improves data security, and allows for future enhancements.

Will my membership information be safe?
Yes. All existing member data is being securely migrated to the new platform.

Why is there a pause in early February?
The pause allows us to safely migrate and validate data before launching the new system.

Do I need to create a new account?
No. Once the new portal is live, you’ll simply confirm your email and set a password when prompted. Your membership record already exists.

When can I log in?
Access is scheduled to begin February 17. Members will receive an email with instructions on how to regain access to your membership account.
