Visit Baltimore, in partnership with M&M 2018, is the Official Housing Provider for the Microscopy & Microanalysis 2018 Meeting. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than the M&M 2018 Housing Bureau/Visit Baltimore is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate, not actually have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable penalties, or be completely non-refundable. You will not be contacted or solicited by the M&M 2018 Housing Bureau unless there is a question about your existing reservation, or in response to an inquiry made by you. If you make a reservation through an unapproved organization and you encounter a problem, M&M Housing or show management will be unable to assist you in any way.
Please be aware of, and report any unauthorized solicitation to the M&M Meeting Manager, M&M Exhibits Manager, or Visit Baltimore's Housing department.
